New for 2018, this powerful young bull has a perfect blend of the major black Wagyu strains for a balance of carcass quality, growth, and maternal.  He was sired by the foundation bull, Hirashigetayasu, who is top ranked for early growth, mature cow weight and in the top 5% for milk and scrotal.  Maternal grandsire, Sanjirou, is top ranked for rib eye and retail yield and highly ranked for marble score and marble fineness.  Maternal great-grandsire, the foundation bull Itohana 2, is top ranked for milk and scrotal and highly ranked for marble score and carcass weight.

While #232 had a low birth weight of 62#, he had one of the best adjusted weaning weights of the black Wagyu bulls we’ve produced (536#).  He is amazingly docile and people-friendly.
