Cabin for Rent- Wimberley
We appreciate your interest in our cabin on the creek at 403 Jaworski Circle. Located a few miles northeast of the Wimberley Square, this rustic cabin is situated along a little traveled, dead end road off FM #3237 and Deer Lake Estates. It sits next to Lone Man Creek and a semi-private lake at the entrance to our ranch in a very natural setting.
The cabin has 500 sq. ft. of living space plus an attached utility room of 110 sq. ft. It has central heat and air, two ceiling fans, a water well, and septic system. The interior features long leaf pine walls, beamed & pitched ceilings, and vinyl tile floors. The living room has a functional wood burning fireplace. "Step saver" kitchen includes a 2-burner cook top, vent-a-hood, under the counter refrigerator, toaster oven, and stained glass window. There is not a dishwasher, disposal, or water softener. Bathroom includes a tiled shower, linen cabinet, vent/heater, and storage shelves. There are two 9 'x 7' rooms at the rear of the cabin that can be used as a bedroom and office or dining area.
The utility room, offering extra storage space, is furnished with washer & dryer, full size refrigerator/freezer, and shelving, There is a Direct TV satelite dish in place plus a conventional TV antenna. The best results for cell service have been with AT&T. Internet would be available from Direct TV or through a cell phone hot spot with AT&T.
We need a tenant who is willing and available to feed our livestock and pets when we travel in exchange for a deduction on the rent. The animals would typically include a few cattle, a horse, and 3 cats.
Due to its size, the cabin is suitable for no more than one person. Rent includes water and septic. Electric and trash disposal service would be at tenant's expense. No smoking or dogs allowed inside or outside. Pet limit is one cat. More photos are below!
